Our dedication to buying fresh local
ingredients originated with the 2001 opening of Gigi
Trattroria. Since launching Gigi Market at Greig Farm in
Red Hook, NY in 2006, we’ve further developed
relationships with local farmers and food artisans.
While it is impossible to provide 100% local fare, we
are committed to presenting you with the true flavors of
the Hudson Valley. Please note the farms that supply us
with premium “home town” ingredients to craft our
Mediterranean dishes.
