A Mediterranean style diet offers great flavors and promotes general well-being and longevity. Gigi Trattoria’s “Hudson Valley Mediterranean” cooking integrates traditional dishes with local ingredients. Menu items serve up not only great flavors, but also all of the natural health benefits associated with the Mediterranean “Diet.”

Gigi now features a delicious daily healthy lunch special created by Laura Pensiero, Gigi owner, registered dietitian, and co-author of The Strang Cancer Prevention Center Cookbook (McGraw-Hill 2004). Guests who select this option are provided a recipe card to help recreate the dish at home.
